Programs

Regenerative care, redefined.
Our boutique clinic delivers cutting-edge programs powered by Type 2 stem cell protocols

Helping your body heal, recover, and perform at its best.

Clinic K operates under Type 2,

which is widely regarded as the optimal balance of safety, regulatory compliance

and therapeutic effectiveness.

Type 1: High Risk

Allogeneic and modified sources.

Donor stem cells, genetic modification, animal-derived cells

Challenges: Immune rejection, regulatory complexity, patient hesitation

Type 2: Established Protocol

Autologous Regenerative Methodology

Our Signature Offerings: Your own cells are cultivated and reintroduced under Japan’s regulatory framework.

Method: Intravenous infusion or localized joint delivery

The autologous advantage eliminates rejection risk while established protocols meet regulatory guidelines.

Type 2 therapies are widely regarded for their strong safety profile and clinical control

Type 2 positions regenerative medicine as a sophisticated, monitored intervention, not experimental uncertainty.

Type 3: Autologous, minimal extraction

Immune cells from your blood, platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

Profile: Maximum safety. Lower therapeutic intensity. Foundation for long-term engagement.

Type 2 Regenerative Protocols
The Adipose Cell Advantage

All treatments use your body’s own regenerative cells, derived from a small sample of adipose (fat) tissue, to support the body’s internal maintenance systems.

Systemic Regenerative Infusion

A whole-body therapy using your own regenerative cells to support recovery and vitality. Your cells circulate naturally through the body, supporting areas that require restoration.

Targeted Cellular Rejuvenation

A personalised therapy using your own cells to support both skin renewal and overall vitality.

Multi-Tissue
Regeneration Support

A targeted therapy designed to support specific areas of the body.

The Two-trip Protocol

Why two visits deliver superior results

A single-visit approach may seem convenient, but Clinic K’s Two-Trip Protocol is designed for maximum therapeutic efficacy. Separating extraction from infusion allows time for optimal cell expansion, rigorous quality certification, and patient preparation.

This protocol ensures cell viability exceeds 95% at administration — significantly above the industry average of 70–85%.

Trip 1: Assessment & Extraction

Physician consultation, baseline labs, adipose tissue micro-harvest under local anaesthesia.

Duration: 3–4 days in Tokyo.

Cells are then cultured over 4–6 weeks at Clinic K’s CPC.

Interim: Preparation & Culturing

Patient begins supplementation protocol to optimise cellular environment.

Clinic K expands MSCs to therapeutic dose (100–200 million cells).

Each batch individually certified (CoA).

Your Journey with Lucent Health

From first contact to renewed vitality

Step 1 — Consultation & Intake

Confidential discussion with your Lucent Health steward. Medical history review via our comprehensive intake form covering allergies, cardiovascular, liver, respiratory, renal, and neurological history. Passport copy, pain scale assessment (VAS/NRS/FRS), and neuropathic pain screening questionnaire completed. Payment confirmation arranged.

Step 2 — Pre-Medical Assessment (Singapore)

Blood panels, baseline biomarkers, and medical clearance with our Singapore GP partner. Eligibility confirmed: age 18+, chronic pain diagnosis, standard treatments insufficient. Contraindications screened (psychogenic pain, active infection, malignancy, pregnancy).

Step 3 — Trip 1: Tokyo (3–4 Days)

Day 1: Clinic K consultation with Dr. Kim Ah Sung, informed consent signing, blood tests, and adipose tissue collection (~60 mL blood drawn for culture medium). Fat harvested from abdomen, upper arm, buttock, or thigh under local anaesthesia. Days 2–4: Recovery, complementary treatments. Cells sent to licensed CPC for 4+ weeks of culturing.

Step 4 — Interim (4–6 Weeks)

Supplementation protocol begins (HiSTEMD, MitoCore, IAC-15 PRO, GraVILPRO). MSCs expanded to 100–200 million cells at Tsukuba Research Institute CPF (Facility FA3200003). Each batch individually certified with Certificate of Analysis.

Step 5 — Trip 2: Tokyo (2–3 Days)

IV infusion of your certified autologous MSCs. Dosage calibrated to Trip 1 observations. Post-infusion monitoring (~1 hour observation). From the second administration onward, repeat fat collection is not required.

Step 6 — Follow-Up (3, 6, 12 Months)

Biomarker assessments at 3, 6, and 12 months post-treatment. Conducted locally in Singapore. Annual maintenance programme recommendations. Portion of cells cryopreserved for 10 years for future use.

Advanced IV wellness therapies

Aesthetic and skin regeneration treatments

Hormonal and metabolic optimisation

Hair restoration and biologic therapies

Why Japan?

Japan is one of the world’s most advanced markets for regenerative medicine. The country operates under strict regulatory framework, overseen by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

It classifies regenerative medicine into three clinical categories based on complexity and protocols.
